Pennsylvania Uniform Construction Code

On July 7, 2004, the Warwick Township Board of Supervisors adopted the new statewide building code, officially known as the Uniform Construction Code (UCC). This code will be administered and enforced in every municipality throughout the Commonwealth.

The UCC sets minimum standards for design and construction; the 2009 International Residential Code is the new standard for residential construction while the 2009 International Building Code is the new standard for non-residential construction.
